Nature of Job/Responsibilities	Calculating melt inputs for different types of aluminium alloys,coordinating melt production, handling composition corrections, handling quality problems, taking overall responsibility for production output.
Requirements	Diploma / Degree in Metallurgy aA consistently good academic record would be a preference At least 5 years of experience in aluminium alloy manufacturing Should be well versed in Aluminium alloy compositions, melting process for Aluminium melting and should preferably have some fundamental knowledge of Aluminium metallurgy and interpreting microstructures; Be completely familiar with ISO requirements – defect analysis, CAPA procedures etc Reasonably fluent in English and capable of customer interactions Ability to interact with workers Ability to motivate and guide supervisors Comfortable with computers and MS Office software Aptitude to learn and continuously upgrade skills Self confident and willing to take responsibility Preferred age – at least 30 years

Reasonably fluent in English communication and capable of customer interactions Comfortable with computers and MS Office software Aptitude to learn and continuously upgrade skills Self confident and willing to take responsibility Preferred age – around 30 years
